The Hotel
General Information
At Vayamundo Oostende, Zeedijk 290-330, 8400 Oostende, room and breakfast are provided via apartment or hotel rooms. With a capacity of respectively 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8 persons. All apartments are equipped with bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchenette with microwave, coffee-maker, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen and sleeping facility with single beds. Hotel rooms are only equipped with a minibar and a water kettle. The beds are made upon on arrival and one set of towels is provided per person.
You may like to share an apartment to reduce cost. Please note that the hotel provides only ONE towel per person, and does not provide soap or hair dryers (hair dryers available at front desk).

Leisure
Ping pong, fitness, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Use of swimming pool and jacuzzi is included, sauna is at a fee (€ 5,00/pp/two hours /only with reservation)
Food & Beverage
Food and drinks are available at Brasserie Den Ensor and Restaurant Plad’O where the buffet dinner is served on Saturday night.
The hotel has a no-pets and no-smoke-inside policy.

By Car
Take E40/A10 to Ostend. At the roundabout take 3rd exit to N34 Middelkerke. Go straight until the tramway (7 traffic lights) and turn left direction Middelkerke / De Panne. Follow the coastal tramway along the seafront approx. 300 meters to tram stop Ravelingen. Parking is behind the hotel.
By Train
From the Ostend Central Train Station take the coastal tram direction De Panne. Get out at Ravelingen. The Hotel is directly opposite the tram stop.
By Plane
From Brussels National Airport (BRU) in Zaventem, take the train from the airport to any of the three Brussels train stations and catch the hourly interCity train to Ostend. In Ostend, take the coastal tram from the train station in the direction of De Panne to Ravelingen stop. From Ostend airport it is best to take a short taxi ride directly to the hotel.

How to Book

Make sure to do this carefully and read all the information BEFORE you submit it.
The form will be sent directly to the hotel’s reservations team who will contact you by email usually within 48 hours to finalize your booking.
Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your room; you have to complete and confirm your reservation with the hotel.
Important !
To make your life and that of others ‘easier’, please keep this in mind and make sure to get it right the first time.
Once your reservation is finalized you may change it once free of charge up to 30/12/2024. Changes made after that date are subject to a 15€ reservation change fee.

- Payment and bank details will be given to you after your reservation was confirmed.
- For reservations made before 30/12/2024 Vayamundo will request a 50% deposit of the total invoice when you book, the remaining 50% of the total invoice must be paid no later than 30/12/2024.
- If you book on or after 30/12/2024, 100% of the total invoice will have to be paid immediately and upfront.
Cancellation Fee Policy
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
- From 2 months to 8 days before arrival: 25% of the accommodation costs
- From 7 days to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the accommodation costs
- From 2 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation costs (= maximum)
- If cancelled without reason, there will be no refund of the already paid sum. Refund of the advance only valid with a certificate of illness or death.
